100 g butter at room temperature
1 cup finely ground almonds

120 g melted dark chocolate

Add the egg, butter, lemon zest, cocoa and finely ground almonds and knead them.
Take the dough to the counter. Spread stretch film on it and roll it out a little more than half an inch with a roller.
