Ingredients:
• 200g strawberries
• 2 eggs
• One cup of sugar
• Half a cup of yogurt
• 2/3 cup of sunflower oil
• 1,5 cup of flour
• 1 packet Kenton baking powder
• 1 packet Kenton vanilin
Preparation:
✔️ Mix eggs and sugar in a bowl and wisk for 3-4 minutes.
✔️ Add yogurt and sunflower oil and continue to wisk.
✔️ Add sifted flour, Kenton vanilin and Kenton baking powder and mix using a spatula.
✔️ Add thinly chopped strawberries and gently mix with a spatula.
✔️ Distribute the mixture equally into cake molds.
✔️ Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20 minutes.
✔️ Leave it to cool before taking them out of the cake mold with their base on top and serve.
