Easy peasy lemon squeezy!

• 1 packet Ulker Petitbeurre biscuit
• 1 packet Kenton Chocolate Pudding
• 3,5 glasses of milk
• 200gr Ulker Bitter Chocolate

For dressing:
• Coconut Powder

✔️ Mix pudding mixture and milk in a pan and place the pan on medium heat
✔️ Boil mixture whilst continuously stir until thickens so that mixture does not have any lumps
✔️ When it comes to boil, remove from heat and leave it to cool
✔️ Break chocolate and melt in benmari style (sit over a pan of barely simmering water)
✔️ Mix with pudding and stir until fully mixed
✔️ Cover the base of your tray with a thin layer of pudding
✔️ Lay biscuits in a row then cover with pudding
✔️ Repeat this as many times as you wish depending on how many layers you desire
✔️ Leave tray in fridge to cool down for about 2 hours
✔️ Sprinkle coconut powder and slice before serving
