Ingredients
• 4 apples
• 1 coffee spoon cinnamon
• 4 Bahçeden Dried Plums
• ½ teacup Bahçeden Raw Hazelnut
• 1 packet of vanillin
• 1.5 teacups sugar
• 15 grams butter
• 2 cups water
Directions:
✔️ Wash and core the apples.
✔️ Starting 3 to 4 cm from top, chop the tops off , thick enough to use later as a cover,. Scoop out the apples, cut them into very small pieces and put them in a pan.
✔️ Add ½ cup of water and sugar and cook over low heat until they are soft.
✔️ Add cinnamon, finely chopped dried plums and halved hazelnuts before you took it off heat.
✔️ Put apples in the pan.
✔️ Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and vanillin in the rest of water; stir and pour on top of the apples.
✔️ Cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Place the apples in a heat-resistant oven pot.
✔️ Stuff the apples with your plum mixture and place the top apple covers.
✔️ Brush with melted butter and bake at a 180 degree oven until they are brown. Serve hot.
Note: For this recipe, you may use Bahçeden Walnuts instead of hazelnuts. You may serve the apple dessert with vanilla ice-cream.
