Savoury Cake Ingredients:
▪ 3 eggs
▪ 1 cup of oil
▪ 1,5 cups of milk
▪ 3 cups of flour
▪ 250-300 gr feta cheese
▪ 1/2 cup sliced black olives
▪ 1 packet Kenton baking powder
▪ 1 pinch of salt
Preparation:
Beat eggs. Add oil and milk and whisk well. Add flour, salt , baking powder and whisk. Add parsley and cheese , sliced black olives( preferably black cumin seeds and sesame seeds) and mix it using spatula. Pour the mixture into an oiled tray. Place in oven at 175 degrees for about 35 minutes.
