Walnut and Feta Cheese Salad

▪ 1 cup sweet potatoes, chopped in cubes
▪ 100g mashed feta cheese
▪ 1 small radish
▪ 1 cup spinach
▪ ½ teaspoon turmeric
▪ ½ teaspoon black pepper
▪ 1 tablespoon Bahçeden Raw Pumpkin Seeds
▪ 30 grams Bahçeden Walnut
▪ 1 coffee spoon olive oil
▪ ½ teaspoon sea salt

Peel the sweet potatoes and chop them into cubes. Add olive oil into the skillet and then put turmeric, black pepper, salt and sweet potatoes and stir. Close the lid and cook until sweet potatoes soften. You may use pumpkin instead of sweet potatoes for this recipe. Wash the spinaches. Wash the radish, leave the skin intact and chop into cubes. Put the spinaches, radishes and goat cheese into a large bowl. Place the sautéed potatoes and your mixture onto a plate. Add pumpkin seeds and coarsely chopped walnuts on top of it before serving.
