1 glass of granulated sugar
½ glass of yoghurt
1 glass flour
½ glass almond flour
1 packet Vanillin with Kenton Sugar
1 packet Kenton Baking Powder
For the top
7-8 damson plums
2 tablespoons of almonds
Take the butter (ıt must be at room temperature) into a large bowl.
Add granulated sugar on it and beat it with a mixer until it becomes creamy. Add the eggs one by one and continue whisking.
Add the yogurt.
Add flour, almond flour, Kenton Sugar Vanillin and Kenton Baking Powder and mix with a spatula.
Pour the dough into the cake mold and spread it. Cut the plums in half and lay them on it.
Sprinkle with almonds.
Bake in a preheated 160 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
When cooked cool it from the oven.
Slice and serve.
